These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the Tarot reading services (“Service”) provided by The Little Black Box Tarot (“we,” “us,” “our”).  By booking a Tarot reading, you agree to the terms set forth below.

Services:  Our Tarot readings offer spiritual and personal guidance. They are for entertainment, personal reflection, and inspiration purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice, including medical, legal, financial, or psychological services. The outcome of any reading is not guaranteed.

Booking and Payment:  Readings must be booked in advance through our website or scheduling platform. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. All prices are listed in U.S. currency.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled reading will not be refunded. You may reschedule a reading with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your session, it will be considered cancelled.  You will still be responsible for the full payment of your session. All session fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. 

Confidentiality:  All information shared during the reading will be kept confidential unless required by law. You agree not to share or publish any part of the reading session without prior written consent. 

Disclaimer:  Tarot readings are subjective and open to interpretation. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy of insights provided. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make following the reading. We do not provide readings to individuals under the age of 18 without parental consent.

Limitation of Liability:  To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Little Black Box Tarot will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Tarot reading service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the reading. 

Code of Conduct:  We maintain a respectful and supportive environment during all readings. Any abusive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.  

Intellectual Property:  All materials provided during the reading, including written, recorded, or visual content, are owned by The Little Black Box Tarot. You may not reproduce or distribute these materials without express permission.

Amendments:  We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be effective as of the date specified. 

Governing Law:  These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland.

By booking a Tarot reading with The Little Black Box Tarot you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
